Today, we want you to switch your eating habits & take note of how you feel. What you switch up is entirely up to you. Maybe you won’t eat bread, sugar, or soda today. Maybe you’ll fill your plate with more fruits and veggies than normal. Choose something that’s challenging, but not so challenging that you won’t follow through all day.
And if you do give in or cheat, that’s okay, but keep track of how that food makes you feel after. Today is not about shaming your food choices or making you diet, instead it’s about helping you realize your body is a vessel for the divine. How you treat it will affect how clearly you are a conduit for both your intuition and joy.
What we eat has such a tremendous affect on our mental state and emotions. When you start to feel good—and we hope you’re starting to feel really good—food can be the thing that brings you out of a state of bliss. Get in tune with your body and its needs today. Are you really hungry? Or do you need to drink more water? Are you emotionally eating because you’re upset about a certain situation? If you’re truly hungry, eat on, sister! If you’re not, think about what would make you happy. We bet it’s not what you were about to eat.
