Becoming mamas awakened our (third) eyes to the necessity of listening to your intuition, having a meditation practice, and taking time to give love back to the queen named Y - O - U.
Giving birth is such a portal to the other side, and it opens a connection to something so much larger than ourselves. Finding out who you are after such a monumental (and vulnerable) moment isn’t something you should have to do alone. We’ve been there.
It sent us on such a path of inner-discovery, and we want to share some of the tools, mystical methods, and practical rituals we’ve learned to follow our own inner truth and flow with the universe.

I am Reiki Master, certified sound healer, intuitive healer and spiritual advisor.
My connection with the spiritual realm started when I was 8-years-old with very vivid dreams that would eventually manifest into reality. As an empath growing up, I hid from my spiritual gifts and only shared with a select few.
As I got older and started to understand my spiritual gifts, I decided to step into my life's purpose: helping others understand we all have the ability to have a deeper connection to our higher spiritual selves.
