Have you ever taken a minute to write yourself a love letter? Well, if not, this is your chance. So often we get caught up in providing for everyone else, and we forget to pour into ourself. This month’s Self-Love practice is all about pouring into you!
Grab your journal and take a few minutes to write yourself a love letter. Really go there! And give yourself the love you need, give yourself the kudos you need and deserve. Don’t be afraid to give yourself a pat on the back— you’re killing it, mama!
This can seem hard and even uncomfortable, but I promise it is not that bad once you get started. Take a few minutes this month to congratulate yourself on your accomplishments. Are you a great mother? Did you recently receive a promotion or a raise? Did you pass an exam? This is the time for you to acknowledge yourself and CELEBRATE! When we allow for more joy in the every day, we automatically raise our vibrations.
Sometimes we need to give ourselves a pat on the back, and not wait for others to do it for us. Put some music on, and get writing, mama!
