When was the last time you checked in with your body to see what it needs? As humans, we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, and we often forget to check-in with ourselves. Take few minutes each day this month to stop and ask your body what it’s craving.
It could be exercise, a good healthy meal, some time alone in mediation, or even a quick dance party in your bedroom. Honing your body intuition is an important practice that gets easier the more you do it. Take time to nourish yourself, and feed your soul and body with what it is asking for. Then, watch as your body responds and you start to feel present, alive, and so freaking good.
Need help getting started? First thing in the morning, sit in a quiet place. Take a few deep breathes in and out, placing your hand intuitively on your body. Then, ask your body, what can I give you? Whatever comes to mind is what you need. Find a few times throughout the week or day to stop and ask this question again. You will be surprised at what your body tells you!
