The word “Chakra” literally translates to “Wheel” from Sanskrit, and that’s exactly what they are—wheels of spiritual energy throughout the body.

While there are Chakras all over the body (even in your palms), there are seven we focus on the most when connecting to Spirit: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.

Each Chakra is connected to different organs, physical, emotional, and spiritual states. This week, we’ll take you through each one, and how to tell if the prana—healing life force energy—is blocked or flowing in each.
