Meditation isn’t just sitting in silence counting down until it’s over, there are all different types of meditation. And no one type is the “right” way to do it. Today, we want to introduce you to the different types that have worked for us, plus give you some options of others to try when and if you feel like it (no pressure).
We both started with guided meditations (we’ve included some bonus ones for you below!), but using the breath to connect to presence and peace has been the fastest way we’ve found to get out of our head and into the moment.
