It’s so nice to meet you. I’m a 2x boy mama, intuitive healer, and embodiment coach who demystifies ancient practices like the Akashic Records and Kundalini Yoga to help you nurture your intuition and remember the power within so you can feel alive and free.
I help women who’ve awakened to the calling for more discover who they are vs. what society has always told them to be. As women, our intuition is our innate superpower. Most women through cultural and familial conditioning, have stopped listening to and honoring that inner knowing as they navigate their lives.
Through ceremonial circles, coaching, and simplifying these ancient practices, I create safe space for you to reconnect back to that most powerful and wise intuitive aspect of yourself.
There are so many spiritual coaches who tell you their exact method is “the way.” I’m is here to say fuck that, and help you forge your own path to your version of enlightenment. My approach to energy work allows you to make friends with your fear, and uncover the wild woman you’ve always been all along.
I love holding space for intimate groups to go deep. We’re not alone on this Earthly journey, and ceremonial circles allow us to see ourselves and our experiences reflected in one another. My simple approach to empowerment allows you to slow down and get clear on what *you* really want next in life, while my energy helps you feel fully seen and supported, guiding you to a new awareness of yourself and the world around you.
